CareIQ · App & Compliance Intelligence

Compliance intelligence, built by someone who's been in the room when CQC walks in.

CareIQ is the AI compliance platform we're building for UK supported living providers — audit-ready evidence, mapped to the Single Assessment Framework, before an inspector ever asks for it.

How CareIQ thinks

Inspect AI, in four stages

01

Evidence harvest

Pulls records, logs, and audit trails from the systems you already run your service on.

02

SAF mapping

Maps every piece of evidence to the CQC Single Assessment Framework quality statements it speaks to.

03

AI synthesis

Inspect AI reads the evidence the way an inspector would, and writes the narrative — not just a checklist.

04

Action planning

Turns every gap into a dated, owned action — closed before it becomes a finding.

Why this exists

Built from the operator's chair, not a whiteboard

I've spent 15 years running and turning around supported living services — including moves from Requires Improvement to Good. I know what an inspector actually looks for, and I know how much of that gets lost in spreadsheets and shared drives between now and inspection day.

CareIQ is the tool I wanted while I was doing that job: something that reads your evidence the way CQC does, tells you where the gaps are while there's still time to close them, and doesn't need a compliance team to run it.

It's in active build with my technical co-founder. Early access goes to the first cohort on this list.
